200 years ago, Elizabeth met Mr. Darcy in a country banquet, and their story started from stereotypes, pride and prejudice.

Elizabeth said:"Only true love will persuade me to marry, and I can see I'll end up being an old maid."

But she didn't know since when and where, from what manner and conversation, she fell in love with him. It seemed to be a long time ago, but by the moment she realized it, she had already be on this journey.

15 years ago, a Singaporean came across the ocean to China, and started his story with Toastmasters. After 6 years immersing in Toastmasters Community, he made a decision on his 52nd birthday.

He said:"Leadership is nothing but all about influence. You don't need to be a leader to lead."

It might be difficult to realize your vision by your own. But things will change when you meet a group of people, no matter when, where, and what you have experienced. You share the same vision and become the comrades on this journey. Shanghai 5C Toastmasters Club was born since then...
